Open Speaker Surgery

Last night I finally fixed my Blackberry Pearl. The earpiece speaker on the device had not been working for over a year. In the end I had to replace the speaker with one from a 7105. The 7105 speaker was slightly larger but still managed to fit nicely in the 8100 casing.

The only tools needed for this mission were a $6 Torx head screw driver set.
